Beef Stroganoff




  1. Coat meat with 3 tbs. flour and salt
  2. Heat skillet add butter.
  3. Brown meat quickly on both sides.
  4. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic
  5. Cook 3 or 4 minutes till onion crisp and tender
  6. Remove meat and mushrooms.
  7. Add to drippings 9 tablespoons flour stir...
  8. add tomato paste, beef broth or stock.
  9. Cook medium high heat until thick and bubbly.
  10. Return meat and mushrooms (cook slowly) until meat is tender.
  11. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and white wine.
  12. Serve over noodles.
