
Spinach Balls
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) pkg chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
- Defrost spinach and drain thoroughtly
- Melt butter, set aside
- In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly
- Stir in remaining ingredients, adding melted butter last
- Shape by spoonfuls into 24 balls
- Arrange in 12 x 8 inch baking dish
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes
