Rainbow Slices
Ingredients
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 pkg. coloured marshmallows (miniature)
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup coconut or chocolate flakes
Directions
- Melt chocolate over hot water
- Beat egg and mix with icing sugar and melted chocolate.
- Add marshmallows and nuts
- Shape into roll
- roll in coconut chocolate flakes.
- Chill several hours.
- Slice.
