Roast Potatoes
Directions
- Pre-heat oven 425 F
- Peel potatoes 4-10
- Cut to size
- Boil 3 minutes
- Melt fat in an large open roasting pan in the oven
(lard is best but not very good for you) - Put potatoes in and turn around to cover them with fat.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour
- Turn occasionally.
- Season to taste.
