- In blender, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, vanilla,
sugar, lemon peel and juice
- Blend until smooth
- In saucepan, combine gelatin and water
- Stir over low heat until dissolved
- Stir gelatin mixture, almonds and fruit into mixture
in blender (don't whirl!)
- Turn into 5 individual molds (6 ounce)
- Chill until firm
- Invert into stemmed glasses to serve
- Makes 5 servings
