
Easy Moist Chocolate
Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup coca
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Directions
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well, batter is runny. Bake in greased (bunt, sheet cake or two 8 or 9 inch layer pans) at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Cool and frost with:
Creamy Cocoa Icing

- 2 2/3 cups sifted icing sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3-4 tbs.. milk
Sift sugar and coca together. Add butter and milk. Stir until blended.
