Easy Moist Chocolate Cake

serves 10 -12

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup coca
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well, batter is runny. Bake in greased (bunt, sheet cake or two 8 or 9 inch layer pans) at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.

Creamy Cocoa Icing

• 2 2/3 cups sifted icing sugar
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/3 cup butter
• 3-4 tbs.. milk

Sift sugar and coca together. Add butter and milk. Stir until blended.
