Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
• 1 lb. cream cheese, soft
• 2 tsp. minced onion
• 1/2 tsp.minced garlic
• 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• Chopped nutes (pecan meat) or parsley flakes

1. Mix 1st 5 ingredients together with electric mixer.
2. Form into a ball.
3. Roll in crushed nuts or parsley flakes
4. Chill
5. Serve with crackers
