
Cream of Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 package instant chicken broth
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 tbs. dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups cooked chopped cauliflower
- 1 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
Directions
- In a pan heat water to boiling
- Add broth mix, celery, onion, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook until celery is tender.
- Pour celery mixture into a blender and process until smooth.
- Gradually add cauliflower processing after each addition until smooth.
- Pour into a saucepan stir in milk.
- heat, serve.
