Cream of Cauliflower Soup

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 package instant chicken broth
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 tbs. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cups cooked chopped cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk

In a pan heat water to boiling, add broth mix, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until celery is tender. Pour celery mixture into a blender and process until smooth. Gradually add cauliflower processing after each addition until smooth. Pour into a saucepan stir in milk. heat, serve.
