
Banana Chiffon Cake
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 cup mashed bananas
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).

Separate eggs

Mix all ingredients except egg whites in one bowl

Beat egg whites

Fold in beaten egg whites into other ingredients

Pour in 2 pans and bake 1 hour
