Banana Chiffon Cake
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 cup mashed bananas

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
  2. Separate eggs
  3. Mix all ingredients except egg whites in one bowl
  4. Beat egg whites
  5. Fold in beaten egg whites into other ingredients
  6. Pour in 2 pans and bake 1 hour
